January 31, 2007 -- The UpTowner Cafe served its first cups of coffee this morning to GW Law Dean Frederick M. Lawrence, SBA President Sam Jammal, and other GW Law community members.

GW Law's first-ever food venue is located on the first floor of Lisner Hall and has tables and?big comfy chairs?for its customers.

The UpTowner has a full coffee station and serves many breakfast and lunch/dinner items, including what is bound to be a popular order: the Dean Morrison sandwich--turkey, pastrami, swiss, springmix, honey dijon, on rye bread.
